Clinical care
Physiotherapy, massage therapy, kinesiology, exercise therapy, and orthopedic-informed care work together instead of living in separate silos.
About Human 2.0
Human 2.0 exists for people who do not just want temporary relief. They want to move better, recover stronger, and build a body that can keep up with the life they want to live.
Mission
Our mission is to redefine rehabilitation and longevity by using active therapies that do more than calm symptoms. We help people understand their bodies, rebuild capacity, and take ownership of their health through expert-guided movement.
Why we exist
Founded by orthopedic surgeon Dr. Chris Raynor, Human 2.0 was created to bridge the gap between injury treatment and long-term physical performance.
Traditional rehabilitation often focuses on isolated injuries and passive recovery. Human 2.0 was built around a different idea: recovery should be active, progressive, educational, and connected to the way you actually want to move.
Whether you are recovering from surgery, managing pain, returning to sport, or simply trying to age with strength and confidence, our goal is to help you become more capable than when you started.
Physiotherapy, massage therapy, kinesiology, exercise therapy, and orthopedic-informed care work together instead of living in separate silos.
We use movement, education, strength, mobility, and progressive loading to help you build durable change—not just short-term relief.
As pain improves, we help you transition from rehabilitation into training, sport, daily function, and long-term physical resilience.
