Our regular group class format for general fitness, better day-to-day function, and long-term physical resilience.
A recovery-focused class using the same warm-up, structural component, and cool-down framework, but replacing strength and conditioning with flexibility work.
Our Longevity format scaled down for newcomers, older adults, and people returning to training after injury.
A weekend class based on our standard format, but programmed by the coach teaching that day.
A less formal class setting for pregnant moms, new moms, and moms with very young children.
