Structure you can use

Build capacity around the activities you want back.

Tendon Capacity applies the APEX principles of active rehabilitation, progressive practice and prioritizing your limiting capacities. Keep a useful exercise, adjust one main variable at a time and use quality, symptoms and recovery to guide your next step.

START

Choose your starting point

Practical starting doses and options to adjust range, support, load and volume to your current capacity.

BUILD

Progress with a reason

Movement quality, the following 24 hours and capacity/recovery checks help organize when to hold, reduce or progress.

INTEGRATE

Connect strength to your goal

Return-to-task guidance, a twelve-week planner and reusable logs keep your work connected to everyday life and sport.

Your download includes

  • The Tendon Capacity progressive loading workbook.
  • Site-specific cards for Achilles, patellar, rotator cuff, proximal/distal biceps, elbow, gluteal and hamstring presentations.
  • Activity adjustment, slow strength and return-to-task guidance.
  • A twelve-week planner, symptom notes and session logs.
  • Warning signs, reassessment guidance and research references.
  • The delivery guide and free Tendon Trouble next-step guide.

Distal biceps guidance is clinician-guided, not a separate self-treatment track. Twelve weeks is a planning format, not a deadline for healing.

Choose the right resource

Is this workbook appropriate for you?

It may fit if

  • You are an adult with clinician-assessed, non-ruptured tendinopathy.
  • You have been advised that progressive exercise is appropriate.
  • You want help organizing your exercise, response tracking and progressions.

Get individual care first

  • A new or suspected tear, sudden pop with weakness or bruising, or traumatic loss of function.
  • Recent surgery, a known rupture or prescribed boot, sling, load limit or movement restriction.
  • Unexplained or worsening symptoms, or uncertainty about what is safe.

The workbook does not provide rupture or postoperative rehabilitation. Follow your treating team’s restrictions. An educational checklist cannot diagnose your condition.

Before you decide

Your questions, answered.

Will it tell me whether I have a tendon injury?

No. The free next-step guide organizes observations and questions for a clinician. Neither the guide nor workbook can diagnose a tendon problem or rule out a tear.

Can I use it after a tendon repair?

It does not provide postoperative rehabilitation. Follow your treating team’s plan.

Will I recover within twelve weeks?

Recovery varies. Twelve weeks is the planning format, not a promised outcome. Some people need longer, individual care or a different approach.

Does exercise have to hurt?

No. Pain is not a goal. The workbook explains how tolerable symptoms, next-day response and function can inform dose adjustments.

Is the program personalized?

It provides options by site and stage, not a personal prescription. Discuss your selection and restrictions with your clinician.

Does my purchase include clinical support?

No individual medical care is included. Human 2.0’s store support handles access and purchase questions.
