MISSION

Movement is medicine.

Our mission is to redefine rehabilitation and longevity by integrating active therapies that don’t just heal injuries but build stronger, more resilient bodies. We empower individuals to take control of their health through expert-guided movement, ensuring they move better, feel better, and live better for the long term.

OUR STORY

Founded by orthopedic surgeon Dr. Chris Raynor, Human 2.0 was born from a vision to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance. Recognizing that traditional healthcare often stops at injury treatment, Dr. Raynor created a space where movement is the foundation of recovery, longevity, and peak physical health. Over the years, our team of dedicated therapists and coaches has helped thousands of clients regain strength, prevent injuries, and push their physical potential beyond what they thought possible. Today, Human 2.0 continues to lead the way in integrative healthcare, transforming the rehab experience into a proactive journey of strength and resilience.

Unlike conventional rehab models that focus on isolated injuries and passive recovery, Human 2.0 offers a fully integrated approach that blends physiotherapy, exercise therapy, massage therapy, kinesiology, and education. Our team collaborates to create personalized, progressive treatment plans that not only address pain but enhance strength, mobility, and performance.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury or optimizing your movement for sport and life, our active therapy approach keeps you in motion—not just pain-free, but life-ready.
