Cancellation Policy

At Human 2.0, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible experience for all our members. To ensure fairness and efficiency in scheduling, the following cancellation policy applies to our professional services:

24-Hour Cancellation and Rescheduling

To reschedule or cancel a session without penalty, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge equal to the full session fee. Not showing up for scheduled appointment will incur a charge equal to the full session fee.

Services Covered

This policy applies to all individualized services, including but not limited to:

  • Physiotherapy
  • Massage Therapy
  • 1-on-1 Fitness Training
  • Kinesiology Training

Please note that this policy may extend to any future services added to our offerings that involve personalized, one-on-one time with a trainer or therapist. Group fitness classes are excluded from this policy.

Credit Card on File

All members booking services covered by this policy must have a valid credit card on file. This ensures the efficient application of our cancellation policy and helps us manage schedules effectively.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you believe your situation warrants an exception to this policy, please contact us directly. While we aim to be understanding, exceptions are granted at our discretion.
