Prices for VIRTUAL PHYSIO are discounted 20% from our regular in-person rates and are COVERED BY INSURANCE if you have it:
INITIAL ASSESSMENT (consult with demo of exercises 1 hour) – $90
FOLLOW UP 20 min – $70
FOLLOW UP 40 min – $77
CONSULT 30 min (questions answered, progressions discussed) $70 flat rate

Single session: $80+HST
10 session package: $76/hr+HST times 10 hours = $760+HST
Online Coaching
BASIC: $200+HST
Initial 30 minute video assessment or consultation + 4 week program + email/text access to trainer within 48 hours
PREMIUM: $350+HST
Initial 30 minute assessment + weekly 30 minute video consultations + 4 week program + email/text access to trainer within 48 hours
In-Person Personal Training
1 ON 1:
Single session: $100/hr+HST
10 session package: $95/hr+HST times 10 hours = $950+HST
20 session package: = $90/hr+HST times 20 hours = $1800+HST
2 ON 1:
Single session: $160/hr+HST
10 class pack: $150/hr+HST times 10 hours = $1500+HST
